In a fantastic weekend for Hokushinko fight Academy 17 year old Lauren Crawford became European under 50kg kata champion at the W.U.K.O. european Karate championships in Manchester.
While this was happening more Hokushinko fighters were in Action at the Vision No-Gi grappling tournament in Glasgow. 16 year old Jordan Holmes won a Bronze medal in the begginers under 79 kilo category this was followed by another bronze in the Under 85 kilo intermediate category for Dave Straughton and a silver in the mens under 91kilo advanced category for Alex Cook.
Hokushinko Fight Academy will be hosting an ultimate submission tournament on Saturday the 6th of october. The tournament is open to all grapplers of all levels. The tournament will allow
Juniors & Adults, Please be at the gym for 10am start.
Fees: Juniors £8 Adults £10 each
All Juniors will receive a medal
